Your Responsibilities

As a Working Student in Human Resources, you will support our HR team in a variety of operational and strategic activities, including: Supporting different HR teams with administrative and day-to-day HR processes Contributing to the harmonization, optimization, and digitalization of HR processes across various business areas Participating in cross-functional HR projects Supporting recruitment activities and candidate management Assisting with time management administration and HR controlling activities Creating presentations, tutorials, guidelines, and training materials Supporting the development and implementation of modern HR tools and processes Your Profile Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and an affinity for digital tools and processes Structured, reliable, and independent working style
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills Team-oriented with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn Genuine interest in Human Resources and people-related topics Fluent German speaking
