What you’ll do

Deliver excellent customer service, including till operation, meal service setup, and stock replenishment. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety across all areas. Support and monitor staff performance, appearance, and completion of cleaning tasks. Report issues, feedback, hazards, and stock requirements to management and attend regular meetings. Complete training, stock checks, audits, and other duties to ensure smooth operations and compliance.

What we’re looking for

No previous experience required, but 1-2 years’ experience in a food services, retail, or cleaning environment desirable. Food hygiene certificate

• Level 2 desirable. However, relevant training will be provided.

Basic numeracy

ability to calculate and check change, basic addition, and subtraction. Must have lived in the UK for the past 3 years, have the legal right to work, and pass security vetting and DBS checks. A positive attitude, effective communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.
