The System-Wide Quality organization is seeking an exceptional quality engineering manager to lead the User Experience Quality team—a unique black-box testing team that simulates real-world customer usage across Apple products to ensure we ship software that truly delights.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to shape the next chapter of User Experience Quality, leading the team through a multi-year evolution from periodic manual test passes to a comprehensive, continuous view of software quality at scale that directly influences executive decisions on product readiness, strategic priorities, and future quality investments.
