Here on the Apple Store Online team, we are responsible for Apple’s largest store. Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. Each customer should feel like they are our only customer and our job is to set the bar for the experience they receive. To run such an extraordinary store, it takes extraordinary people, and we are looking for someone to help us do extraordinary things.

Apple Store Online is building the commerce infrastructure for a world where AI agents shop on behalf of people. This role makes sense of that landscape. You will track how agentic platforms are evolving, measure how ASO experiences perform inside them, and turn fragmented signals into the clear narratives and frameworks that drive strategy and investment. This is not a role for someone who stops at the data. The best candidate sees the story the data is telling, knows how to make that story land with a senior audience, and uses every tool available to do it well, from Tableau and Adobe Analytics to AI platforms that accelerate research, synthesis, and communication.
