We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Program Manager to lead Order to Cash (O2C) transformation initiatives, modernizing and optimizing the systems, workflows, and controls that power billing, credit, collections, and cash application. This role works hand-in-hand with the broader transformation team, IS&T, and O2C business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical acumen, hands-on O2C process expertise, and program management experience, along with a passion for transforming complex workflows to ensure operational excellence, data integrity, and a robust control framework.
