Data Center Capacity Planner, Infrastructure Services

Job description

Imagine what you could do here. At Apple, new ideas have a way of quickly becoming great products, services, and customer experiences. Every new product we build, service we create, or Apple Store experience we deliver is the result of us making each other’s ideas stronger. That happens because every one of us shares a belief that we can make something wonderful and share it with the world, changing lives for the better.

It’s the diversity of our people and their thinking that inspires the innovation that runs through everything we do. When we bring everybody in, we can do the best work of our lives. Here, you’ll do more than join something — you’ll add something. We are seeking an analytical resource with data center experience to be a part of the Data Center Capacity Planning Strategy and Initiatives team. This team is responsible for providing centralized insight into data center physical infrastructure demand/supply, capacity readiness, and help identify opportunities for future Data Center builds.

Additionally, this role is hyper focused on the Remote Data Center space and will assist in managing Apple leased data centers around the globe. This role will help do critical data analysis and create metrics and benchmarks to bring capacity planning into the future.
