Here on the Apple Store Online (ASO) team, we are responsible for Apple’s largest store. Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. Each customer should feel like they are our only customer and our job is to set the bar for the experience they receive. The Digital Commerce Management (DCM) team is responsible for maintaining and managing all customer-facing content on the Apple Store Online, Apple Store App, Marketplaces, and Direct Marketing platforms. Our mission is to deliver an engaging and flawless shopping experience by continuously improving the quality of content presented to customers while scaling to meet the increasing demands of new geographies, languages, and devices.

We are seeking a Digital Delivery Production Lead to join the DCM team in support of our growing Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) program. In this role, you will apply your technical and operational understanding of CLM systems, balancing technical problem-solving and cross-team alignment to scale system capabilities and ensure consistent, high-quality customer experience delivery.
