As a Senior Team Lead, you will manage the daily operations of the Annotation team. You will coach, mentor and guide a group of Team Leads to ensure quality, innovation and strong performance from their team of language Annotation Analysts. You will use your analytical mindset, collaborative approach, and personal drive to achieve team performance goals through coaching, support, and driving results. This role is an office based position.

Additionally, some specific supervisor shifts require certain hours to be present on campus, and can span any hours of operations.
