Prior experience with project management, stakeholder management, written communication, analytical judgment, and the ability to produce polished work products for leaders.
In partnership with project managers, manage multiple initiatives from planning through implementation: define scope, milestones, owners, risks, decisions, dependencies, and follow-up actions. Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, including defining requirements, evaluating proposals, coordinating program design and delivery, and ensuring solutions align with business needs, budgets, and internal processes.
Analyze quantitative and qualitative information, identify patterns and implications, and develop concise recommendations and practical deliverables. Build and maintain project plans, status reporting, dashboards, templates, shared sites, and other tools that improve visibility, consistency, and execution. Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of talent, leadership, learning, performance, succession, and organizational effectiveness processes as priorities require.
Develop communications and adoption plans for new programs, processes, or systems; monitor feedback, participation, and effectiveness and recommend improvements. Apply sound judgment, attention to detail, and discretion when handling sensitive employee, leadership, and business information. Build working knowledge of Apache’s business, operating environment, and key stakeholder needs.
