Key Responsibilities

Execute payment proposal activities, including payment proposal review, validation, and payment execution. Investigate and resolve payment failures, payment rejections, invoice discrepancies, and related payment issues. Manage vendor payment queries and disputes by coordinating with respective stakeholders. Ensure high levels of accuracy, quality, and productivity in transaction processing and data entry activities. Work as an individual contributor, consistently meeting service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and daily operational targets.

Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate process-related issues while driving timely resolution. Demonstrate a solution-oriented mindset to effectively address operational challenges and improve service delivery. Develop an understanding of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and their interdependencies across functions. Create, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Internal Operating Procedures (IOPs), process maps, and work instructions.

Support end-to-end testing activities, including payment files, process flows, data flows, reporting capabilities, and control effectiveness validation. Align and seek guidance for KPIs and process flow directions from Project Team and GPLs Ensure adherence to internal controls, compliance requirements, and audit standards.

Key Skills & Competencies

Understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Accounts Payable, and Payment Operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective stakeholder and vendor management skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
