Key Responsibilities

Essential Job tasks:

• Distribute the volume based on the allocation from procurement and the Guideline. Conduct supplier performance management.
• Handling relevant documents.
• Coordinate on service requirement and assist in the collection of relevant cost recovery as per SOP.
• Work with agency to handle ad hoc special operational tasks.

Objectives of the position

• Transshipment connection between Mother vessel and barge.
• Dwell time of transshipment & on time delivery.
• Customer obsessed.
• Cost and AI mindset.
• Learning opportunities in the position.
• Develop the general knowledge of operation in container shipping.
• Specialize in barge service and connection to global network.
• Simplification and standardization of operational process in order to improve both efficiency and effectiveness.
• Following Maersk’s operating system in the flow of business handling process. Who we are looking for
• University graduate and above.
• Good interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, analysis skills.
• Good communication and stake holder management.
• Result-oriented self-starter with initiative and strong execution drive.
• Proficient English.
