Key Responsibilities

LCL Operations Agent role includes handling and managing export/import shipping documents, vendor invoices and system data input and quality check of the same.

Activities may include the following (but are not limited to): Import: Check Pre-Alert Cargo trucking Instruction to GSC for issuing Arrival Notice Send documentation to customers Export:

• Receive booking from customers
• Update booking sheet
• Arrange trucking and customs clearance Request CFS for receipt slip (nyuukohyou) Create Dock Receipt and send it to co-loader and CFS Create Shipping Instruction and uploaded it in shared folder Send customs permit (yushutu kyokasho) to General: Missing/wrong data correction and follow up System data review and management Vendor invoice/internal billing details review and follow up
• Attend inquiries from customer
• Attend relevant business meeting Communication by email with overseas Maersk offices Accountability Deliver Operational Excellence and superior Customer Experience Be Proactive and Cooperative, think customer centric Team support – one for all, all for one Primary internal stakeholders (key interdependencies) LCL GSC, Customer Experience, Overseas agent & Other TbM OPS Vendor management & product Finance Primary external stakeholders CFS / Consolidator / Trucker Required experience & skills
• Operational Efficiency & Customer Service Experience
• Computer application knowledge, i.e.

Excel/Word/Teams

• Business English Skill
