• Manage and lead the placement and servicing of complex Financial Lines insurance programmes,
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers and underwriting partners across local and international markets.
• Structure, negotiate and place bespoke insurance solutions for large, complex and high-value risks.
• Provide strategic advice on coverage, market conditions, risk transfer options and emerging exposures.
• Advocate on behalf of clients during policy negotiations, coverage disputes and claims-related matters.
• Support business development activities, identify growth opportunities and contribute to client retention strategies.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance across Financial Lines products.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional client service and achieve business objectives. Skills and experience that will lead to success
• Degree qualified, preferably in Insurance, Business, Finance, Law, Risk Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Financial Lines
• Deep technical knowledge of financial lines products.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and deliver client-focused solutions.
• Excellent relationship management, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. 2585880
