Partner directly with business leaders to understand their objectives and provide timely, business-focused legal guidance. Handle routine agreements efficiently while knowing when an issue requires deeper analysis or escalation. Ask questions, gather information and collaborate across legal and business teams to resolve issues. Monitor relevant P&C insurance regulatory developments and help the business respond to changing requirements.

Contribute to legal team initiatives and share knowledge with colleagues across the organization.
