The Opportunity As Head of Credit Solutions, Taiwan your goal is to retain and grow Credit Solutions revenue in Taiwan, operating in alignment with Country, Regional and Global colleagues.

Credit Solutions comprises Trade Credit, Structured Credit & Political Risk (SCPR) and Surety. The role is responsible for client retention, revenue growth, talent development, insurer engagement and execution of the Credit Solutions strategy within Taiwan. What the day will look like Client, Growth & Strategy: Develop the Credit Solutions retention, broking, growth and investment strategy. The goal being to sustainably increase revenue.

Lead and support the development of key Credit Solutions client relationships, including client planning, client strategy and execution. Manage the Credit Solutions pipeline in coordination with country, regional and global colleagues.

Colleagues

Manage the Credit Solutions Team, helping to develop colleague careers and upskill technical capabilities. Follow the Aon Client Leadership Model and collaborate with country, regional and global colleagues.

Carriers / Broking

Engage with regional and local Credit Solutions markets [in collaboration with Aon colleagues] to secure optimal client outcomes across the full solution life cycle [origination, placement, servicing and claims]. Provide insurer escalation support for Aon colleagues and clients. Aon Use the Aon platforms [including pipeline management, broking and talent systems]. Ensure compliance with Aon processes and code of business conduct.

Learn and understand the Aon story to articulate how we help clients make better decisions, across credit and the wider risk capital and human capital solution lines. Industry IQ

Relevant competence in (i) client retention/growth strategies, (ii) credit solutions, and (iii) industry knowledge and connectivity.

ability to build and leverage deep client, insurer and Aon relationships to understand goals and create best results.

Local language and English proficiency (oral / written).
