Responsible for bridging business needs and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes. This role involves gathering and prioritizing requirements, coordinating across stakeholders, and overseeing the delivery of solutions or services that meet strategic objectives. It requires balancing business priorities, technical feasibility, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities and assignments Engage with stakeholders to understand needs, challenges, and objectives.

• Gather, document, and prioritize requirements or service expectations.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to plan, execute, and improve solutions or services.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Facilitate communication between business, technical, and operational teams.
• Promote adoption and continuous improvement of delivered solutions or services.
• Maintain clear, accessible, and reusable documentation.
• Lead or support team members, providing guidance and fostering growth when applicable.

Requirements and qualifications Hard skills

 Ability to understand and translate business requirements into actionable plans.

• Familiarity with delivery processes, project management methods, or service management practices.
• Competence in documentation and presentation tools.
• Basic understanding of relevant technologies, platforms, or operational workflows.

• Advanced English – for meetings, presentations, and user support
• Bachelor’s degree completed (a degree in IT-related fields is a plus)
• Solid experience in IT systems
• Ongoing application monitoring and issue resolution
• Knowledge of incident management tools such as ServiceNow for application support
• Ability to develop executive-level storytelling translating global process transformation initiatives into clear, compelling narratives
• Build and articulate E2E business cases for global transformations, including financial impact, ROI, payback period, and cost-benefit analysis
• Link operational change to business outcomes, ensuring process, technology, and investment decisions are justified by measurable value and strategic rationale
• Enable leadership decision-making through structured, data-driven presentations that support funding, prioritization, and roadmap approval
