Dream big. Craft your legacy. Own your future. At AB InBev, we believe that nothing should stand between exceptionally talented people and a meaningful, fast-paced career. We're not here to do things as they’ve always been done — we’re here to innovate for a future with more cheers. That’s why we hire people with ambition, courage, and grit — and we give them room to grow. Join us as Asset Management Manager in the Global Logistics Asset Management team and play a central role in improving how ABI manages and controls its Logistics Movable Assets across global operations.
Asset Management Manager Purpose
Lead the global Logistics Movable Assets agenda, establishing the process, governance and routines required to manage asset lifecycle decisions. Partner with Zones, Logistics, Procurement and Finance to improve fleet data reliability, track asset-level performance and cost, prioritize investments and follow benefit realization.
The Role
Lead the global Movable Assets Management agenda across trucks, trailers, forklifts and MHE. Support the implementation of the core process, policies, KPIs and Global, Zone and BU responsibilities across the asset lifecycle. Set fleet master-data standards and lead data-quality reviews with Zones, including physical count and reconciliation routines. Run asset-level performance and cost KPIs, and run cross-zone reviews of maintenance, fuel and availability.
Identify performance and cost deviations, coordinate action plans with Zones and follow implementation. Maintain and apply the TCO methodology and use it to challenge replacement, overhaul, redeployment and divest decisions. Consolidate investment business cases and prepare recommendations for 1YP and 3YP prioritization. Track approved projects, implementation progress, cash impact and P&L benefit realization. Coordinate capability assessments and improvement plans with Zones, including adoption of required platforms and routines.
Provide TCO, performance and specification inputs to Global Procurement for sourcing evaluations. Coordinate the Movable Assets network across Zones, align priorities and provide guidance to ensure consistent delivery.
Who we’re looking for
5+ years of experience in fleet management, asset management, logistics operations or a related field. Experience leading complex cross-functional projects or a PMO across countries and business units. Ability to structure workplans, manage milestones, risks and dependencies, and follow delivery through benefit realization. Technical knowledge of fleet lifecycle management, maintenance, fuel, availability, TCO and replacement decisions.
Understanding of CAPEX, OPEX, rental and leasing models, and cash and P&L benefit tracking. Experience with ERP, fleet management or telematics platforms and BI tools. Strong Power BI capability. SQL or Python is a plus. Ability to translate data and operational input into clear business recommendations. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including senior leadership exposure. Experience coordinating multi-country teams and stakeholders in a matrix environment.
Project-management certification or practical experience with Agile, Waterfall, DMAIC or PDCA is a plus. Availability for international travel. Fluent English. Spanish proficiency is a plus.
