What You'll Do

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll help deliver an outstanding experience for our customers by: Supporting customers across the UK & Ireland through multiple communication channels, ensuring professional and timely resolution of inquiries throughout the whole order-to-delivery process. Managing and resolving customer issues by coordinating with cross-functional teams, including Logistics, Sales, Credit Management, Marketing, and Operations.

Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders while ensuring effective follow-up and issue resolution. Analyze customer data and trends to identify opportunities for enhancing customer experience, business performance, and operational efficiency. Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and the successful transition and stabilization of new activities within the Prague operation.

Skills & Qualifications

Required Fluent English (spoken and written)
