ABOUT THE ROLE

Duro-Last Roofing, the world’s largest manufacturer of prefabricated roofing systems, has an opening for a Sales Development Coordinator at their Saginaw, MI headquarters. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. They will also have a Bachelor’s degree along with experience in sales development. This is an in-office position.

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH Frequent contact and support via phone with Duro-Last customers and associates, assisting with order management Become well-versed in presenting all Duro-Last product line offerings

• Provide all levels of sales support to in-field Sales Representatives to keep them focused on selling
• Assist with Plant tours and Duro-Last sales training to Duro-Last contractors Pre-qualify leads for the territory and disperse them to the appropriate Sales Rep.

Travel within territory to build loyalty with Duro-Last customers and create new business opportunities with building owners, specifiers, corporate accounts, architects, etc.

• Plan, exhibit, and execute successful industry trade shows Participation in territory sales plans, meetings and evaluations
• Drive territory growth by looking through orders determining missing product line items, maximizing our $/sqft
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating plant tours for contractors, building owners and other groups to grow awareness of our different product offerings
• Attend and contribute during sales meetings, offering insight of improvements that can be made Other responsibilities as assigned.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience Field of Study Preferred: Management/Sales/Marketing or similar Required Work Experience: 1-3 years sales experience Required Computer and Software Skills: Microsoft Office/Google products Travel Requirements: Ability to travel to attend Industry Events and Customer visits (10% - 20%)
