You will have the following skills and experience; Experience in retail management with a supportive, people‑focused leadership style. Strong skills in coaching, team development, and fostering an inclusive, high‑performing culture. Proven ability in inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining operational standards.

Sound judgement with a solutions‑focused approach and confidence in using POS and operational technology. Strong organisational skills, commitment to safety and compliance, financial acumen, and a history of delivering exceptional customer service.
