What you'll be doing

Leading and supervising shifts to ensure smooth and safe operations. Ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. Providing training and coaching to team members. Role modelling outstanding guest service. Supporting sales growth through exceptional service and suggestive selling. Executing the National Marketing Plan to enhance customer experience. Encouraging a culture of inclusiveness, trust, and accountability.

Qualifications
