Project Management | Strategic Initiatives | International Cooperation | Working with C-Level Management At the Business Delivery Center, we ensure the consistent, end-to-end delivery of ICT services to business customers across the entire group. Customer proximity, achieved through local presence and international collaboration, guarantees the best results. Your tasks You support the Senior Director Business Delivery Management by managing and driving forward key strategic initiatives.

You lead internal projects and coordinate key executive meetings and decision-making bodies. You prepare, design, and refine impactful presentations and slides for meetings, workshops, and strategy sessions. You work closely with senior leadership to ensure successful implementation and on-time delivery. You plan and facilitate executive workshops and offsites, from preparation to execution and follow‑up.

Your profile A strong background in project management and experience in analyzing reports and deriving measures

• Excellent presentation design skills with an eye for clarity and visual storytelling A highly organized, structured approach, with a focus on delivering results The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
• Strong communication skills in English (C1), additional language skills relevant to A1 Group a plus Willingness to travel to the extent of 25% Valid work permit for Austria for 40 hours per week For this position, the collective agreement minimum salary is €47,349.26 gross annually (40-hour week, all-in contract).

Your actual salary will be determined based on your qualifications and experience and may exceed this amount.
