Production Planning Analyst, Supply Chain,Local Trans & Supply Chain

This role requires expertise to develop network-wide strategies and drive operational excellence. Collaborate with multiple business teams including FC operations, HR, finance , supply chain, transportation, work force staffing and others.

Key job responsibilities

* Develop and execute short/medium/long-term operational plans to optimize staffing costs.

* Supporting with warehouse staffing/capacity metrics forecasting using statistical modeling to drive a collaborative decision-making

* Responsible for warehouse processing capacity planning data to identify trends and improvement opportunities; focus on understanding data deviations, their root causes, and driving forward-looking opportunities

* Analyze capacity planning data to identify trends and improvement opportunities and be able to present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

* Collaborate with global teams across Europe.

* Support Production planning and cost optimization initiatives
