We are seeking a motivated early-career Infrastructure Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of facility requirements for aerospace test equipment programs. In this role, you will work alongside senior program managers and cross-functional engineering teams to ensure that facility infrastructure — including power, environmental controls, structural supports, and utility services — meets the needs of complex aerospace testing operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career at the intersection of facilities engineering, project management, and aerospace test operations.

Cross-Functional Communication
- Coordinate with test engineering, facilities engineering, construction teams, and EH&S to track deliverables and maintain alignment with program milestones and evolving project requirements.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare project status reports, meeting minutes, risk logs, and change requests for review by senior leadership.
Vendor Coordination
- Support procurement activities, track vendor deliverables, and assist with contractor oversight for facility construction and modification work.
Commissioning Support
- Assist with facility commissioning activities, punch list management, and turnover documentation to support operational readiness.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, templates, and tools used by the project management team.
A day in the life
Meet with stakeholder's to define initial lab requirements, update changes as projects evolve and communicate those requirements to leadership, contractors and any additional affected party. Translate equipment requirements into facility requirements and determine action items to support the utility, space or other infrastructure demand. Update planning tools to reflect goal timelines, determine project cost and create justifications for that cost for a presentable holistic overview.
