The Launch Execution, Adoption, and Facilities (LEAF) team is hiring for an Infrastructure Escalation Specialist, to support the Fleet Infrastructure team’s goal of exceeding customer expectations by ensuring that their orders, no matter how large or small, are delivered as quickly, accurately, and cost effectively as possible.

Amazon is seeking a detail-oriented person to support strategic vendor relationships, diving deep into invoice and purchasing patterns to help inform key decisions in the infrastructure and fuel industries.

This position will work at Amazon's corporate office in Nashville, Tennessee.

Key job responsibilities

• Support nationwide transportation network in a safe, customer-focused manner
• Develop and design solutions to difficult problems
• Manage outside contractors and vendors
• Handle multiple projects and daily activities, meet deadlines, and develop plans on how to accomplish departmental and distribution goals
• Ensure that all programs and procedures are followed, answering incident ticket escalations from 3rd Party companies

• The Offsite Parking Solutions team provides internal and external infrastructure (fleet infrastructure and fuel) services for multiple Amazon business units within Amazon’s transportation network
