As a Senior Operations Program Manager, you will collaborate with an experienced, cross-disciplinary team to conceive, design, and develop innovative consumer products. You must be responsive, flexible, and capable of thriving in an open, collaborative peer environment.

Key job responsibilities

The Product Operations group is seeking an Operations Program Manager who is excited to work on a product that our customers love. We play a critical role in the hardware development process, from pre-concept to launch. Our team ensures successful product launches and ongoing support, enhances the capabilities of our current systems to meet our needs, and drives continuous improvement for the company.

In this role, you will:

* Deliver results on complex projects involving cross functional teams across the company

* Work with stakeholders to define business requirements and product definition

* Contribute to and influence new product design and architecture

* Understand current system capabilities and limitations

* Problem solve and explore solutions to current processes and systems

* Coordinate with cross functional teams to deliver a quality product on time and at cost

* Drive continuous improvement

* Monitor supply and fulfillment of devices

*This role may require some travel
