The Alexa Food team owns Alexa recipe curation, cooking library management, and personalization of each customer's unique tastes and restrictions. Alexa News keeps customers informed about the world around them by seamlessly integrating the news they want most into their everyday lives.

As a member of our innovative team, you will play a pivotal role in crafting immersive Food and News experiences across various devices and endpoints. As a member of the team, you should be able to learn new concepts quickly and feel at home in a new and constantly evolving space.

Quality will play a key role in the day-to-day management of the program. As such, the Sr. TPM will be responsible for ensuring that all of our experiences remain performant (e.g. minimal latency) and maintain our high quality bar.

You will get the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art LLM and GenerativeAI models in this role as you create delightful experiences.

Key job responsibilities

* Define and deliver critical program for Alexa+

* Establish mechanisms necessary for delivery and management

* Influence and drive technical decisions

* Assess and mitigate risks, handle escalations, and provide concise and transparent updates to stakeholders at all levels

* Dive deep to understand complex problems and break them down into small pieces with straight forward solutions

* Mentor individuals in the community on advanced technical issues, and help them grow their careers

* Working with a fantastic development team based in Bellevue(PST) and Chennai (IST)
