• Ensure scalable installation processes for large-scale rail infrastructure projects
• Foster collaboration across engineering, operations, and client teams to achieve seamless project delivery
• Maintain high standards of reliability and safety throughout installation phases Champion innovative methods and technologies to optimize installation efficiency

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in rail or infrastructure installation, with proven supervisory skills
• Proficiency in project management tools, installation methodologies, and safety regulations
• Strong understanding of rail systems, installation standards, and quality assurance practices
