Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your valuable expertise in a new cutting-edge field work alongside with smart, experienced, mature and assertive teammates. You'll discover a complex business with complex accounting procedures and processes, where you can continuously learn and develop and create value add to our deliverables and tasks with your creative ideas. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (local accounting and reporting managers, controlling organizations, various finance and business functions), identifying risks and opportunities in terms of costs, gross margins and cash impact, sustaining the business strategy and overall transformation.

We’ll look to you for: Inventory Controlling& Inventory Internal

• Controls Origin reporting controls for Forecast / Budget cycles Added Sales & Fees Controlling for Actuals, Forecasts, Budget
• Follow up of Expired B&G Controlling FX SPOT Effect (investigation and analysis) Assets under Construction / Depreciation Capex activities- CAMTool Update Quality
• Checks between all reporting tools (e.g Qlikview Actuals and Forecast / Budget Reporting)

Closing activities & Consolidation tool reporting

Teranga

• Packs AA, BA, CATR, KATR Forecast / Budget Inventories, Capex, Tender Travel Costs Controlling & Forecasting Non-comercial invoicing Monthly cash in Actuals reporting Prepare Monthly Business reporting for all Switzerland's product lines Monthly Manual Region reporting requests CSR Reporting and Follow up Ad Hoc support Country FD HR Topics Open PO Controlling Overdue analysis - Receivables & Payables Parked items follow up Temporary Staff controlling

Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role: Finance degree or any other relevant discipline (Finance / Business / Economics related); 5+ years Experience in Finance/Accounting processes and systems; Proficiency in the use of

Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge of SAP is a plus; Fluent in English; Strong general business understanding and experience in complex multi-national organizations; Previous experience in accounting roles(AP, AR, CM, Treasury, GL, CL); Strong critical thinking and problem solving; Communication & Teamwork inside and outside GFC; Excellent time management and organizational ability; Positive and proactive attitude, with resilience under pressure; Strong communication abilities in handling time sensitive topics together with more senior positions (Local / Group); Attention to

Detail / Task Oriented Mindset; Management of complex topics; Comfort with financial data and ability to transform into clear/concise messages; Previous experience in Internal Control and Audit is a plus; Another European language would be a plus; Advanced tools experience is a plus (SAP GSI, Teranga, Qlikview, Polaris, Power Automate, Power Query).
