Minimum qualifications

15 years of experience in real estate and facilities management. Experience in an enterprise environment, managing executive stakeholder relationships and leading vendor teams. Experience in leadership overseeing campus portfolios and multi-million dollar operational budgets. Experience in workplace transformation strategy and execution across a campus portfolio.

Preferred qualifications

Proven track record of driving operational efficiency through the strategic adoption of AI/ML tools, smart building technologies, and automated workflow solutions.
