info_outline About the job Our Security team works to create and maintain the safest operating environment for Google's users and developers. Security Engineers work with network equipment and actively monitor our systems for attacks and intrusions. In this role, you will also work with software engineers to proactively identify and fix security flaws and vulnerabilities. In this role, you will have a rare opportunity for a highly entrepreneurial AI and web security veteran to secure one of the world’s largest and consequential AI surfaces.

You will have the opportunity to redefine how Google defends its AI infrastructure, leveraging your applied vulnerability research experience. In this role, you will help shape our strategic defenses, bridging offensive AI security research with durable, massive-scale defensive engineering. Your technical vision will not only protect vital intellectual property and user data, but will pioneer the next-generation of resilient AI infrastructure against the most advanced agentic and algorithmic threats.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
