info_outline About the job The "On Platform" rPSA is a specialized product expert responsible for unlocking the next horizon of YouTube growth by making YouTube the destination platform for brands to build Content, Community, and Commerce while responsible for wider YouTube overall business for APAC and your responsible market. In this role, you will act as the bridge between Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Sales, the YouTube Partnerships (YTP) team, Global Product team and the Creator ecosystem.

You will move beyond traditional media buying to operationalize "Brand Deals"—helping advertisers partner with YouTube Creators to produce authentic organic content, which is then amplified via Partnership Ads and YouTube Engagement campaigns along with evolving Shoppable YouTube products. You will be responsible for activating a Named Account List (NAL) of high-opportunity advertisers, co-pitching with sellers, managing complex implementation workflows, and driving incremental business through Full Funnel adoption.
