Data Center Operations Manager

Job description

Minimum qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in computing infrastructure, networking, operating systems, or hardware. 5 years of experience managing technical, vendor, contract management, or delivery teams. Ability to work non-standard hours, including working weekends, night shifts, holidays and on shift-based schedules as required.

Preferred qualifications

Experience with initiating and executing strategic initiatives in a global environment. Experience leading operations in a 24x7 environment. Experience working in data center environments, including building and operating infrastructure, and network and compute architecture and lifecycle, and Linux/Unix system administration. Experience leading and improving Environmental Health and Safety initiatives. Ability to implement and drive the safety culture at the site, while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
