Minimum qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role. 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc). Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows. Experience with enterprise CRM systems, sales intelligence data pipelines, and business-to-business (B2B) sales workflows.

Preferred qualifications

Master's degree in a technology or business related field. 5 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders. 4 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership. 3 years of experience in software development or engineering. 3 years of people management experience with direct reports, and in technical leadership.

As the Product Manager for Sales Workflows, you will lead the multi-year product strategy and global execution to transform end-to-end planning, pipeline management, and forecasting workflows across large customer sales and customer solutions.

Your mission is to replace legacy, administrative manual data entry with an intelligently automated system. You will balance business predictability goals for sales and product leadership and outcome intelligence goals for go-to-market leadership, while building AI-powered, seller-friendly workflows that save seller hours and improve pipeline data quality.
