The Partnerships Development team is responsible for seeking and exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to grow using Google's newest product offerings.

Your knowledge of relevant verticals and relationships with key industry players will help shape our great applications and content for products such as YouTube, Google TV and Commerce. Fast-paced, dynamic and proactive, the YouTube Business Organization is dedicated to ensuring that YouTube can scale its growth. The Community Partner Management (CPM) team was created to support and educate thousands of short-form video creators all around the world - leveraging peer-to-peer connection and inspiration to drive creator success.

Over the past couple of years, the team has expanded its scope and scale beyond Shorts to drive product activation and channel growth across various partner types and YouTube formats (including long-form and live streaming). The mission of our team is to grow a healthy, thriving ecosystem of multi-format creators - the top creators of tomorrow.
