As a software engineer, you will work on a specific project critical to Google’s needs with opportunities to switch teams and projects as you and our fast-paced business grow and evolve. We need our engineers to be versatile, display leadership qualities and be enthusiastic to take on new problems across the full-stack as we continue to push technology forward. In this role, you will build the core execution sandboxes and I/O interfaces that power Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, and App Engine.

You will be operating at a massive scale, managing 5+ million Queries Per Second (QPS) and 200+ million daily container startups, providing the underlying platform that makes it all possible. You will also unlock the future of AI by providing a seamless, GPU-enabled container serving platform for rapid model inference.
