info_outline About the job Trust and Safety team members are tasked with identifying and taking on the biggest problems that challenge the safety and integrity of our products. They use technical know-how, excellent problem-solving skills, user insights, and proactive communication to protect users and our partners from abuse across Google products like Search, Maps, Gmail, and Google Ads. On this team, you're a big-picture thinker and strategic team-player with a passion for doing what’s right.

You work globally and cross-functionally with Google engineers and product managers to identify and fight abuse and fraud cases at Google speed - with urgency. And you take pride in knowing that every day you are working hard to promote trust in Google and ensuring the highest levels of user safety. Within Trust and Safety’s (T&S) Responsible AI (RAI) Testing organization, the SCALE (Scaled Automation and Launch Enablement) team drives safety evaluations, scalability, and automation across Google’s generative AI models and product surfaces while maintaining a quality bar.

We partner closely with Subject Matter Experts across Trust and Safety (including Novel Testing, Policy Standards, and Child Safety), DeepMind (GDM), and Product Area engineering to operationalize domain expertise—translating complex, manual 0-to-1 testing paradigms into repeatable 1-to-N automated pipelines, self-service launch frameworks, and continuous monitoring systems. As a Senior Engineering Analyst, you will serve as an organizational technical leader working with minimal direction to bridge GDM, Product Area engineering, and Trust and Safety—architecting end-to-end evaluation infrastructure and mentoring Engineering Analysts across the team.
