info_outline About the job Our PeopleDev team works hard to ensure every Googler has access to the resources they need to become their best personal and professional selves. We leverage tools, technology, and innovative formats to scale learning and support Googlers at all stages of their careers — from Noogler Orientation, to manager training, to leadership development, and more. As a PeopleDev team member, you'll always be thinking about new ways to help others grow, and you share a passion for empowering Googlers to unlock their full potential. The People Development (PeopleDev) team works to strengthen Google’s performance and culture by preparing Googlers to successfully navigate their most critical challenges today and in the future. We leverage expertise, content, tools, technology, and design to scale learning and support Googlers at all stages of their careers — from new hire orientation, to manager training, to senior leadership development.

In addition to learning programs, classes and resources, we also provide organizational development consulting and customized solutions that increase the health and performance of Google’s organizations and overall business. We’re a team of individuals passionate about helping Googlers unlock their fullest potential.
