Business Program Manager

Job description

info_outline About the job A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.

Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines. As a Data Center Operations Business Program Manager, you will support facilities operations in Singapore and across the APAC region. In this role, you will oversee daily business operations, manage site budgets, guide procurement and supplier agreements, and direct non-critical infrastructure projects.

By driving strategic initiatives, negotiating with partners, and leading cost-effective maintenance, you will ensure our data centers run safely and efficiently. You will work closely with site teams to manage vendor agreements, review financial performance, and maintain high operational standards. As a proactive problem solver, you will establish purchase orders, approve invoices, and hold contractors accountable to key performance goals.

You will also develop AI skills and leverage innovative tools to enhance performance and drive operational excellence. You will help Google data centers maintain quality, delivery, and value. The Data Center team designs and operates some of the most sophisticated electrical and HVAC systems in the world. We are an upbeat, creative, team-oriented group of engineers committed to building and operating powerful data centers.
