As a software engineer, you will work on a specific project critical to Google’s needs with opportunities to switch teams and projects as you and our fast-paced business grow and evolve. We need our engineers to be versatile, display leadership qualities and be enthusiastic to take on new problems across the full-stack as we continue to push technology forward. Google Pay now serves over 250M users in India. Our Singapore-based team is the engine behind many of the India Consumer app’s core features.

We own the end-to-end reliability and growth for critical user surfaces, driving both engagement and multi-million dollar business generation streams. In this role, you will be expected to build and own entire user flows in the app with a focus on performance, latency and reliability of the stack.
