Minimum qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of experience in program or project management. Experience utilizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) system. Experience in Mechanical, Electrical Maintenance and HVAC.

Preferred qualifications

2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. Experience planning/scheduling mission-critical facility maintenance. Ability to develop strategic plans/forecasts. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines. The Data Center Maintenance Planner Program Manager, you will be responsible for the effective execution of planning and scheduling of maintenance work. In order to fulfill these responsibilities in the most effective manner, you will work with the site supervisors and technicians to manage work priority, develop job plans, define parts and materials, define trades and crafts, and engage the proper resources to develop a safe, effective, and efficient plan/schedule.

Additionally, you will provide the equipment-related expertise and technical guidance on improving Preventive Maintenance activities and work management processes. You will be responsible for the use and administration of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) program at a site level. The Data Center team designs and operates some of the most sophisticated electrical and HVAC systems in the world. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
