As part of this team you fully immerse yourself in data collection, draw insight from analysis, and then zoom out to develop compelling, synthesized recommendations. Taking strategy one step further, you also persuasively communicate your recommendations to senior-level executives, roll-up your sleeves to help drive implementation and check back-in to see the impact of your recommendations.

We provide GBO leadership with strategy and insights, which maximize the value of our business to customers and to Google, through commercial actions we identify, prioritize, monitor and evaluate in partnership with GPS, GTM and other Finance teams. As part of this team, you will have the opportunity to flex technical, analytical, strategic and business partnering skills to influence senior executive decisions. Within GBO Product Finance, the Search+Core team is responsible for partnering with the GPS Search+ organization, and in charge of incrementality and opportunity sizing across products in partnership with Econ, as well as the GCE team.

In addition, we build core infrastructure and tooling to be utilised across the wider analyst community in GBO Finance. We are seeking team members with a high degree of curiosity and passion about Google, wanting to positively influence the strategic direction of the Ads business, and who knows how to operate in a fast-paced and at times unstructured environment as part of our globally distributed team with big goals.

We are also leading innovation in deploying AI at scale to solve business problems. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
