Minimum qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 10 years of experience implementing security resilience programs impacting teams across multiple regions. Experience with multidisciplinary program management in an organization.

Preferred qualifications

Experience in vendor management and vendor performance management. Ability to analyze business objectives and strategies by proactively identifying impactful opportunities or gaps in systems and workflows. Ability to identify, build, improve, or optimize relevant business processes. Ability to lead projects by navigating priorities, measurable objectives, dependencies, planning, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, implementation and subsequent monitoring.

High ethical standards with demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information. Excellent judgement, discretion and diplomacy skills. You will help us continually identify, evaluate and monitor enterprise risks that could affect business activities and provide business leaders the information they need to make critical decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative strategies and develop programs that drive sustainable effectiveness. The Global Security Operations Center is GSRS’s 24/7 ecosystem for intake, triage, management and escalation of physical security incidents and threats.

As a Security Service Center (SSC) Program Manager, you will lead the development and improvement of the Security Service Center ecosystem, a globally distributed network of more than twenty hubs operated by vendor partners managing the detection, triage and response to physical security threats to Google people and assets. This role works to ensure that the program scales effectively to enable the GSOC to deliver its mission.
