YouTube Music and Podcasts Lead, Product Strategy and Operations

info_outline About the job Product Strategy and Operations helps Google’s products and businesses grow and succeed. You will lead critical initiatives, usually spanning multiple teams and functions, to identify new opportunities or refactor barriers to growth, and then find solutions to address and implement them. In this role, you’ll be embedded within YouTube’s Music and Podcasts products. This includes music and podcast content on both the main YouTube app and the YouTube Music app.

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day business cadence, overseeing and communicating business performance, and driving faster, better decisions that responsibly and sustainably grow our business. You’ll also be a close business partner to our teams of data scientists, combining your insight and judgment with their deep analytical knowledge.
