Minimum qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 1 year of experience in program or project management. Experience in data center maintenance planning. Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System, Scheduling, Maintenance, and Preventative Maintenance.

Preferred qualifications

Master's degree or equivalent practical experience. Experience in electrical maintenance, mechanical maintenance, HVAC, and facilities management. As a Data Center Maintenance Planner Program Manager, you will be responsible for the effective execution of all planning and scheduling of maintenance work. You will work with site supervisors and technicians to manage work priority, develop job plans, define parts and materials, define trades and crafts, and engage resources for a safe and efficient plan/schedule.

Additionally, you will provide expertise on improving Preventive Maintenance (PM) and administer the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) program at the site level, including creating and updating equipment, PM, and safety records.
