Program Manager, REWS Launch Team

Job description

info_outline About the job Within REWS, the Global Program Management (PgM) team serves as a trusted advisor, bringing clarity, focus, and structure to our highest-priority cross-functional initiatives. To support this mission, we created the REWS Launch team: a career development platform designed to build an agile talent layer across the organization. Operating as internal consultants and business operations specialists, Launch team members complete two 9-12 month rotations across various functional groups to develop a holistic view of the business and establish strong cross-functional connections.

This team serves as a structured pathway for professionals ready to build operational breadth and gain business experience while navigating a wide range of disciplines across REWS and Google. The Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) team creates inspiring spaces and innovative services that bring Google’s culture and values to life. We build and maintain all aspects of what keeps our Googley workspaces operating seamlessly across multiple cities and regions globally.

We also manage the industry-leading services that help make Google a great place to work -- from how we design healthy and collaborative workspaces, create energizing food experiences, provide convenient transportation and fitness options, to delivering environments where Google and our employees can thrive. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
