Minimum qualifications

Bachelor's or Advanced degree in an engineering or other technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in program management. Experience in mobile devices, Hardware (HW)/Software (SW)/embedded software and Android software development.

Preferred qualifications

5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. Ability to work effectively with highly technical engineering teams, with a track record of helping them deliver against a backlog. Ability to navigate ambiguity by proactively establishing structure, organizing teams, and implementing scalable processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
