About the job The DSPG MCO (Manufacturing and CapEx Operations) team serves as the commercial leaders for the global consumer electronics manufacturing ecosystem at Google, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business. We are solely responsible for managing the company’s financial resources at all intersections of global manufacturing, navigating a dynamic and constantly evolving global supply chain ecosystem, and leading the way in developing tactical, operational and strategic manufacturing solutions for Google.

Our contributions to the business directly enable the company to achieve operational excellence in all critical areas: cost, quality, supply, and schedule. You will lead an organization responsible for establishing sourcing and supplier relationship management for all CapEx supply chains. You will drive the adoption of these practices to continuously improve Google's supplier partnerships and management through data-driven insights and scalable processes. Furthermore, you will be responsible for building, mentoring and scaling a high-performing team through thoughtful and focused organizational leadership.

You will collaborate closely with Sourcing colleagues, Program Management, Engineering, Operations, Planning, Finance, Legal and other teams to develop partnership strategies and establish program execution plans with our CapEx Supply Chain partners.
