Job description

Minimum qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, account management, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role. Ability to communicate in English and Italian fluently to engage with clients in the region.

Preferred qualifications

Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection managing and engaged selling. Familiarity with Google Ads and online advertising, with Google Digital Workshop certification or equivalent experience. Knowledge of online marketing strategy and tactics; expertise in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing.

Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy. Ability to own an advertising or media sales portfolio in Italy, and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
