Minimum qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in program management, driving the end-to-end delivery of time-bound initiatives. Experience with the Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) landscape, AI safety, technical foresight, or tech policy. Experience designing and implementing operational frameworks and cross-functional processes from the ground up. Experience partnering with and influencing executive leadership to shape program strategy and translate goals into plans.

Experience navigating ambiguity and adapting project strategies within technical, policy, or government environments.

Preferred qualifications

Experience managing programs in a technology, government, national security, or policy-focused organization. Experience evaluating program success against strategic OKRs and sharing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement. Proven ability to manage portfolios with a high element of organizational change, leveraging change management principles effectively. Ability to act as an independent sounding board, utilizing coaching techniques to empower cross-functional teams.

High degree of curiosity and a demonstrated passion for acquiring new domain knowledge to enhance program impact.
